Hi Fam i have a problem i tried to settle this but so far no luck , heres the situation i sent my deposit for a pup to a well known kennel i dont wanna mention the name and was excited about the pup but several things didnt seem right like for one she never sent me the contract like she said she would, she would never answer my calls or emails, and third she didnt even tell me the litter didnt survived, i found out because i texted her to see if they were born yet and she said "oh i was gonna call you and let you know they didnt make it" yeah and this was a week or so late from the pups due date.

Now the issue is that since i didnt get the pup that i sent my deposit for i asked her to send me my refund back so now she is telling me tht deposit is non refundable and so on but how is this so if she didnt even send me a damn contract were it supposably says that. i feel like a dumbass because i didnt demand the contract but belive me its a known kennel i never thought she would do this since she is a well known breeder.

Now is there anything you guys recomend i do to get my deposit back? by the way she is in Cali and im in Arizona.
