YOU CANT TELL IN THE VID BUT SHES PUTTING ON POUNDS. NOT GETTING FAT BUT GAINING MAD WEIGHT. I SWITCHED FROM TAKING HER ON WALK/RUNS EVERYDAY TO HARD LITTLE WORKOUTS FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIME. I LIKE THE RESULTS!!
