2010 NFL MOCK DRAFT....WHO IS UR TEAM PROJECTED TO DRAFT
Permalink

1. St. Louis Rams: Jimmy Clausen, QB, ND

02/24/2010: I

previously had Bradford as the first pick in the 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
However, I thought he was going to work out at the combine and show
that he was worthy of the pick. I still believe Bradford is the top QB
In this 2010 NFL Mock Draft but he needs to prove it before I can bring
him up to this top pick again. Bradford barely played at all this last
year and Clausen had a monster year. So for the time being until
Bradford works out and looks good I am going to have Clausen going to
the Rams in my 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

02/22/2010: Bradford

isn’t working out at the 2010 NFL Draft combine but I still see him as
the best QB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Suh I think is still a very
viable option here but for the time being I still like Bradford as my
top selection in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

02/15/2010:
In Todd Mcshays latest 2010 NFL Mock Draft he has Gerald McCoy going
first overall instead of N. Suh. In this 2010 NFL Mock Draft I have the
Rams still taking a QB because they need someone on the offensive side
of the ball to help them score points. With Steven Jackson he can had
the ball off enough that they can bring him along slowly if they would
like.

2. Detroit Lions: Gerald McCoy, DT, OU

02/25/2010: I
know I am crazy for having McCoy go ahead of Suh in my Draft. However,
I am not sure if Suh would be a better fit in the Lions defensive
scheme. McCoy is a beast off of the ball and I think will be more of a
sack artist from the inside. I still think Suh is the best all around
DT in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft but I think the Lions might fall in love
with McCoy’s speed and work ethic in the middle.

02/15/2010: I
still have Ndamukong Suh as the top player in my 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
Suh is a dominant pass and rush defender on the interior of the line.
He may not be as fast off the ball or as good a pass rusher as Gerald
McCoy but he is definitely the best all around tackle in this 2010 NFL
Mock Draft.

02/05/10-
Suh is the top player in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft and I have him going
second here because he is the best player and doesn’t fill the best
need here in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I think that Suh is going to be
a beast wherever he is.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ndamukong Suh, DT, Nebraska

02/25/2010:
If Suh falls here in the 2010 NFL Draft then I think he is the steal of
the draft. He would fit the Bucs Defense perfectly and he is the best
all around DT in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.  So I have him falling hear
because of McCoy and the Rams taking a QB First overall.

02/15/2010: The
Buccaneers get a great defensive tackle here in this 2010 NFL Mock
Draft. They could also go with Eric Berry here but I think if either of
the DT’s are available in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft they will take them.
McCoy falls to them in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft and he is a great
defensive lineman and a definite top 10 pick.

02/05/2010
– The Bucs get a great player here because the Rams take a QB with the
top QB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. If Suh goes first then the Bucs
will not have a shot at McCoy. McCoy is a great pass rusher as well as
run stopper. I see him as a sure fire top 5 pick in this 2010 NFL Mock
Draft.

4. Washington Redskins: Russell Okung, OT, Ok State

02/15/2010: The
skins need a good offensive lineman in order to protect Jason Campbell
in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. They could go after Jimmy Clausen with
this pick but I have them passing on him for the top OT in this 2010
NFL Mock Draft

02/05/10
– I see a lot of people have the redskins taking Sam Bradford or Jimmy
Clausen but I am not sure if they will go QB this high in the 2010 NFL
Mock Draft. I have them taking the best available lineman in this
situation in order to protect whoever they take in the 2nd round of
this 2010 NFL Mock Draft or Jason Campbell.

5. Kansas City Chiefs: Anthony Davis, OT, Rutgers

02/15/2010: The
Chiefs get a very good offensive Tackle here in this 2010 NFL Mock
Draft. I did have them taking Trent Williams but Davis is shooting up
Draft Boards and I now have him ranked as the 2nd Tackle in this 2010
NFL Mock Draft. Jason Pierre-Paul is an option hear but I think they go
with the OT to protect Cassell.

02/05/2010
– The Chiefs take an offensive lineman with this pick in this 2010 NFL
Mock Draft. Trent Williams is a good lineman from a good program. Some
other options here would be Derrick Morgan as a top tier pass rusher as
well as Anthony Davis or Bryan Bulaga.

6. Seattle Seahawks: Eric Berry, S, Tennessee

02/15/2010: I
have the Seahawks taking Eric Berry still in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft
but I think their is a strong possibility they could take Bryan Bulaga
or Jimmy Clausen with this pick. In this 2010 NFL Mock Draft I do have
Berry as the best player available but due to need this could be a
tough pick for the Hawks.

02/05/2010
– The Seahawks get quite possibly the second best player in this 2010
NFL Mock Draft. Berry is a great player and is considered to be like Ed
Reed. The only reason that he falls this far in this 2010 NFL Mock
Draft is that he is a safety and there is less of a need in the NFL for
safeties than other D-Lineman as well as offensive lineman.

7. Cleveland Browns: Joe Haden, CB, Florida

02/05/2010
– The Browns get the 2nd best DB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Behind
Berry Haden is a great cover corner as well as a physical player. Look
for him to be a top 10 pick in the this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

8. Oakland Raiders: Jason Pierre-Paul, DE, USF

02/15/2010: In
Todd Mcshay’s latest mock Draft he has Jason Pierre-Paul as a top 5
draft pick. I think Pierre-Paul has a lot of potential but I don’t
think he will be a top 5 Draft pick. In this draft I have him going to
the Raiders to play opposite Seymour in the 2010 NFL Season.

02/05/2010
– Al Davis Loves speed and combine workouts. I believe that he will put
up good numbers at the 2010 NFL Draft Combine as well as impress Al
Davis. Morgan is a burner off the edge and he is good against the run
as well.

<br /><img<br />src="http://b.scorecardresearch.com/b?c1=8&c2=2102&c3=315&c4=508975&c5=4644&c6=&c15=1485%2c553&c16=MIWO8&cv=1.3&cj=1"<br />style="display:none" width="0" height="0" alt="" />
9. Buffalo Bills:  Sam Bradford, QB, OU

02/25/2010: I
believe Bradford is the best QB in this 2010 Mock NFL Draft but we
haven’t seen him workout yet so I have him falling a little bit. I
think after he works out I will re rank him as the top QB in this Mock
Draft but until then he will remain the 2nd rated QB. Also I think that
if he falls to this pick he will be a huge steal because of his size,
arm strength and intelligence.

02/22/2010: Clausen
decided not to work out at the 2010 NFL Combine and I don’t think it
was a great move on his part. I think Bradford right now is seen as the
top QB in this 2010 NFL Draft and Clausen is going to have to show that
he is better. He lacks the size that Bradford has and I think that
could hurt Clausen at the combine.

02/05/2010
– I have the Bills taking a QB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft because they
need a leader. Clausen can help them in the 2010 Season. However, they
have decided to go with the 3-4 defense in the 2010 Season so I can see
them going defense with this pick as well. Players like Jason
Pierr-Paul and Sergio Kindle could be viable options here as well.

10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Brian Price, DT, UCLA

02/15/2010: I
still have the Jags taking price with this pick in the 2010 NFL Mock
Draft. I just don’t see them passing on him because he has the most
upside out of anyone in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

02/05/2010
– Brian Price has a ton of upside in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I see
him as a good pass rusher as well as a person that can help stuff the
middle. I think he would fit in well with a 3-4 because he is so quick
off the ball as well.

11. Denver Broncos(Chicago): Rolando McClain, ILB, Bama

02/15/2010: Mclain
is a great interior defensive lineman and I still have him going to the
Broncos with this 2010 NFL Mock draft pick. Look for him to work out
well and impress coaches in interviews because of his football
intelligence. I think he could go much higher than this but don’t
expect him to fall out of the top 10.

02/05/2010
– The Broncos get the best LB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. McClain is
fast to the ball and has a perfect build to be a tackle machine in the
NFL. Look for him to work out well at the upcoming 2010 NFL Draft
Combine and impress coaches. I think that he could even go higher than
this but LB is less of a need the last couple of years because you can
fill this void in the later round of this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

12. Miami Dolphins: Dan Williams, DT, Tennessee

02/15/2010: Dan
Williams has a ton of upside in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. He is one of
the top DT’s and is a very good prospect to get at 12. In any other
draft he would be projected as a top 10 pick but because of Gerald
McCoy and Ndamukong Suh he falls out of the top 10 in this 2010 NFL
Mock Draft

02/05/2010
– Much like Brian Price Dan Williams is another DT with a lot of upside
in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Look for this to be the year of the DT’s.

13. San Francisco 49ers: Bryan Bulaga, OT, Iowa

02/15/2010: Bulaga
is the pick in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I had Anthony Davis Prior to
this but I have him jumping up draft boards because of all his upside.
In this 2010 NFL Mock Draft I have Bulaga jumping Trent Williams as the
third Tackle.

02/05/2010
– Anthony Davis is a very good Left tackle and may very well be the
second best in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I currently have him as my 3rd
OT behind Okung and Williams but I definitely think he could jump them
both. If he has a good showing at the 2010 NFL Draft Combine then I
think he could definitely leap frog Williams.

14. Seattle Seahawks (Denver): Dez Bryant, WR, Ok State

02/15/2010 – Dez
Bryant is a great athlete and I have him as the top offensive weapon in
this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. CJ Spiller and Dez Bryant are the top
offensive weapons in this draft and both of them could go to the Hawks.
In this 2010 NFL Mock Draft I have them taking Bryant because he is to
good to pass up here with the 14th pick.

02/05/2010
– According to Dez Bryant and profootballtalk.com he can make
uncatchable catches catchable….whatever that means. However, I think he
is a very good received with a good build. I also think he could help a
young QB develop and I think the hawks will take a QB somewhere in this
2010 NFL Mock Draft..

15. New York Giants: Brandon Spikes, ILB, Florida

02/15/2010:
Spikes is a beast in the middle but he has had problems with
recognition and speed with some of his initial workouts. I think that
the combine is going to be huge for Spikes because I think this will be
the place where he either makes the first round or drops.

02/05/2010
– The Gmen are in an interesting situation going into the off season.
They have lived and died by their defense and run game the last couple
years and both of them struggled this year. So I think first off they
need to build their defense and then look into RB’s because they could
get a steal in the 2nd round of this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

16. Tennessee Titans: Derrick Morgan, DE, Georgia Tech

02/15/2010: I
previously had Everson Griffen going in this spot I think the Titans
may go after Derrick Morgan. He is a speed rusher off the edge who
could be a very good player at the next level. The Titans biggest need
is defensive end and I think Morgan could fill that void with this 2010
NFL Draft Pick.

02/05/2010
– The Titans are lucky this year with the Depth of defensive ends and
defensive tackles because they are bound to get one of them. With this
pick I believe they will take the best Defensive end on the board in
this 2010 NFL Mock draft. The only thing that I think could change
their mind is Rolando McClain because he is a beast in the middle and
he could be the LB of the future for them for years to come.

17. San Francisco 49ers (Carolina): C.J. Spiller, RB, Clemson

02/15/2010:
Spiller is one of the top RB’s in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft and I have
him going as the top 2010 NFL Mock Draft RB. I have him going to the
49ers because he is a steal with this pick and he would complement
Frank Gore well. I think that he would be a great RB to go the 49ers to
help with both the pass and run game.

02/05/2010 – Once
again I know that the 49ers have a RB I just think that Spiller is an
absolute steal with this pick. I didn’t like the Titans taking Chris
Johnson in the first round either but he has ended up helping them so
far…2k yards? I am not saying that Spiller is going to be Chris Johnson
but I do think he is the top RB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft and has all
the moves and abilities to be very good in the NFL.

18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Taylor Mays, S, USC

02/05/2010
– I don’t know about Mays going this high after his ability to make
reads at the senior bowl. However, his athleticism and ability to move
and make big plays keeps him this high in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I
think if he match him up with a brilliant other safety like Troy P you
could really get a fierce secondary.

19. Atlanta Falcons: Donovan Warren, CB, Michigan

The Falcons hurt a little bit
in the 2009 NFL Season because of injuries. I think they need to get
some play makers in this 2010 NFL Mock draft in order to get to the
next level. Dowling is a great athletic CB who can help the Falcons in
all packages immediately. 02/05/2010 – Warren is the 2nd best CB in
this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I am not sure about the CB’s in this Draft
but I think that Warren could be a big help for the Falcons in the 2010
NFL Season.

20. Houston Texans: Earl Thomas, S, Texas

I Texans seem to draft
defensive players every year…. but they all seem to end up being pretty
good players and helping the team. I think Earl Thomas is the icing on
the cake and can take this defense to the next level.  I also think
they could go Offensive Line with this pick or WR to help take some
pressure off of Andre Johnson. However, I think Thomas is to good to
pass on in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

21. Cincinnati Bengals: Damian Williams, WR, USC

The Bengals have one top WR so
I have them taking another guy to play opposite Ocho Cinco. Williams is
a pretty big WR with a good frame and good hands. Look for him to be a
first rounder in the 2010 NFL Draft. I have him going to the Bengals
because I think he will fit in well with their scheme and help balance
their offense out.

22. New England Patriots: Javier Arenas, CB, Bama

I think the Patriots may very
well go defense with this draft pick so I have them taking a very
versatile player in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. They had trouble
defending the pass this year and so I have them taking a player that
has some down falls but is a great play maker and returner.

23. Green Bay Packers: Trent Williams, OT, Oklahoma

02/15/2010: The
Packers finished strong in the 2009 Season but one of their problems
was the offensive line. They had problems with both the run game and
protecting Rodgers.

02/05/2010: The
Packers have one of the top ranked defenses in the 2009 NFL Season so I
have them going offense in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Bulaga is a good
OT that can help protect Aaron Rodgers who has been rushed and sacked
way more than a QB of his caliber should be.

24. Philadelphia Eagles: Navarro Bowman, OLB, PSU

The Eagles get a very good
player with this pick. He has the potential to be a D-end or an outside
LB depending on where the eagles have the biggest need.

25. Baltimore Ravens: Aaron Hernandez, TE, Florida

If Jermaine Gresham was
healthy I would say he is the top TE in my 2010 NFL Mock Draft. At this
time I have Hernandez surpassing him as the top TE because of his
health and his ability to make plays. I have the Ravens taking
Hernandez because they need another weapon for the Ravens young QB
Flacco to throw to. I also think WR is a very likely option here but I
have the top WR in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft already being taken.

26. Arizona Cardinals: Bruce Campbell, OT, Maryland

The Cardinals defensive line
has improved over the years with the addition of Calais Campbell and
some other notables. So instead of going defensive line I have them
taking an athletic Left Tackle. Campbell is a very good tackle could be
good at the next level and help both with the pass and run game in this
2010 NFL Draft.

27. Dallas Cowboys: Sean Weatherspoon, OLB, Mizzou

The Cowboys have been good of
late and I have them taking a player that is on the rise. Weatherspoon
is a good LB who has the potential to play opposite Ware and be a very
good player. He could be a much higher pick in this draft if he works
out well at the 2010 NFL Draft Combine.

28. San Diego Chargers: Jonathan Dwyer, RB, GT

The Chargers need to make a
decision in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I have them going after the RB in
this 2010 NFL Mock Draft to pair up with the little guy. I don’t think
LT will be around next year so I have the chargers taking Dwyer and
boosting their run game for the 2010 NFL Season.

29. Minnesota Vikings: Mt. Cody, DT, Bama

The Vikings have a very good
defense but their interior lineman are getting older and I am not sure
how long the Vikings will be able to keep both of them. Cody fits the
mold of the Vikings defense very well as he is the best run stopper in
this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.

30. New York Jets: Charles Brown, T, USC

I have the Jets taking a good
OT here to help protect and up and coming QB. Sanchez played very well
in the first Playoff game and more protection can only help.

31. Indianapolis Colts: Mike Iupati, G, Idaho

The Colts have a good
offensive line for pass blocking but they could use a grunt up front in
the 2010 NFL Mock Draft.  Iupati is a good Guard who could come in
right away and be a starter on this line and help the poor run game the
Colts have.

32. New Orleans Saints: Everson Griffen, DE, USC

The Saints get a good
Defensive end here at the end of round one. Griffen is a good end who
could definitely be a first round NFL Mock Draft pick.
