The Parvo Killer

Dog is 5 months old all up to date on shots.
We brang him to the vet the 1st day they said he has parvo.showed all the signs.throwing up runny/bloody stool lose of weight appertite dehydrated exc.
Vet tells me nothing we can do just  to put him down.I decided to bring him home.


So this is what I did instead











Amoxercillian every 6hrs 1 1/2 Cc 250mg per 5ml.All 5 days

day 1 -  amoxercillian 1 1/2 CC 250mg per 5 ml Mashed potatoes very soupy like
Plenty of water

day 2 - Started to refuse drinking water .We used a syringe to give him water

day 3 - started to put wieght back on and eating better , still refusing to drink water .Still using syringe to give water

day 4 - started to want to play.Eating  dog food now drinking on his own

day 5 - Acting like his normal self. eating regular dry dog food

Parvovirus is all about dehydration

This is 1st hand experience hope this help out anyone in the future..

this was some great work and effort.  Hell yeah Parov is beatable it is just a lot fo work.

I do suggest takeing the pup in for the original diagnos, and then tell the VET to go f-himself after he gives you the the proper MEDS for a full home recovery.

When the first thing out of the vets mouth is this is going to coast you alot of money that really  piss's me off.  ($1200-$1600)  You can do it your self for about $250.

chicken baby food
pedalyte
anti vomiting meds from the vet 3-5days (to stop vomiting)
antibitics 5 days from the vet(secondary infections)
 IV bag from the vet 
a whole lot of love

I just did this with an 11 week old he is now on a 100% recovery.
